Erstmal m\u00fcssen wir wahrnehmen, dass wir vielleicht nur den Hals verdrehen, wenn wir uns umschauen wollen, und dass uns das begrenzt. Wo begrenzt es uns? Was br\u00e4uchte es? Wir k\u00f6nnten darauf kommen, erst mal unser Becken aufzurichten, ein Knie und die H\u00fcfte vorzuschieben und die Wirbels\u00e4ule ihre M\u00f6glichkeiten Richtung Kopf entfalten zu lassen. Das entlastet den Hals und wir k\u00f6nnen uns nicht nur weiter umschauen, es macht uns auch mehr Freude.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Also finden wir erst einmal heraus, wie funktioniert unsere Gewohnheit? Was geht dem Moment voraus oder nicht voraus, indem sich entscheidet, es wieder so zu tun, wie wir es schon immer getan haben? Wie k\u00f6nnten wir diesen Moment anders gestalten, um unser Leben angenehmer werden zu lassen?
