Entspannung ist nur ein &#8222;weg von&#8220; der Spannung, aber wo soll es hinf\u00fchren, was genau wollen wir, wenn wir Entspannung w\u00fcnschen?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Die ganzk\u00f6rperm\u00e4\u00dfige vollst\u00e4ndige Entspannung der gesamten Muskulatur, also die totale Entspannung, haben wir, wenn wir tot sind. Diese Art von Entspannung suchen wir meistens eher nicht, wenn wir von Entspannung reden. Wir h\u00e4tten gerne einen Muskeltonus, der zu dem passt, was wir zu tun w\u00fcnschen.
